All of them fail with the (-21345) error. Before posting the problem, I have tried scanning from the IJ Scan Utility, Image Capture, and System Preferences->Printers & Scanners->Scan->Open Scanner. Thank you for your suggestion, but no, it did not answer the question. Thank you for the reply, and I also expected the scanner to work, since it had worked previously and the printer continues to work well.
